Hot on the heels of 'Tilly's Tale' I'm over the moon to be able to announce that 4RV Publishing have released my young children's book, 'Alistair the Alligator' written of course as Harry Porter. Designed to appeal to a younger age bracket the story tells of Alistair a poor young alligator with one serious problem: he has no teeth! Try as he might, everything he tries to eat either escapes, or simply falls from his mouth as he closes his toothless jaws. Beautifully illustrated in stunning and vibrant color by Amanda Sorensen 'Alistair the Alligator' is available now from 4RV Publishing and from Amazon.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AVAILABLE NOW FROM MYTHICA PUBLISHING Harry Porter's exciting teen/young adult short story e-book: 'Arcadia 22 Heavy - Mayday

The story follows captain Matthew Berwick as he takes charge of a Boeing 777 - 300 for the first time. Though an experienced pilot, he can't shake the feeling that something is going to go wrong. Unfortunately for Matthew his worst fears are realised and what should have been a short night flight, looks like it could become a lot shorter!

Features 6 illustrations: transporting the reader instantly into the midst of the action! Each captures the feel of the story, adding a subtle new dimension impossible to recreate with words alone.

"I couldn't put it down. As soon as the engine exploded, and everything went haywire, I was hooked. A sure-fire hit with young-adults and adults alike." -- Gregory Alter, Writer, Novelist.

An Incredibly Wonderful Review for Tilly's Tale. Hope this helps Rescued Dogs everwhere!

'Tilly's Tale' has already received some wonderful reviews in addition to it's two awards, but the latest one is, I have to say, truly fantastic. I'm so pleased that people are seeing Tilly's story in the way it was designed to be seen and that they believe it can have a posit… Continue

I'm so angry!

I'm really angry today because I got banned from a Ning site (Terrier Talk) because it seems I'm not allowed to put information about MY books on MY blog there without someone objecting and saying I'm spamming. I mean, no-one has to read my blog posts if they don't want to, do they? Well, I only own 11 terriers, and I'm a trainer and dog rescuer and offered help and advice to anyone who wanted it, and my books are designed to raise awareness and help people to understand the plight of abused and… Continue

Brian, you won't believe who I ran into; your illustrator Mandy Hedrick on my other site Bramble Icewitch. It is a site for people who love the fae. I have asked her if I could feature her as the Featured Fairy Artist for the month of September. Small world, huh?!

I love the story of Tilly. It reminded me so much of my dog Pal, who we lost when I was a young girl growing up in Brooklyn. Pal was a black Irish Settler. Often I still think of him and how he must have suffered. Unless he found a wonderful home like Tilly did and that is what I will remember.

Hi Bonnie,

Up to now, Tilly's Tale is leading the poll for both the Children's Book and the Artwork categories and I'm leading the Authors Poll. Legacy of the Ripper is 3rd in Thrillers. Voting continues to the 14th so I still need all the votes I can possibly get in all categories.

See Sheba at Training

I'd love to invite everyone to view Tilly's latest blog post where you can see our latest addition, Sheba, enjoying her first day at dog training. I don't think she's ever had so much fun in her short and so far unhappy life, but she is now well on the way to becoming the happy little dog we all know she deserves to be. Her fur is growing and her days of systematic starvation are over and she's putting on weight every day. To see the short videos of Sheba please visit… Continue
