November is National Adopt-A-Senior-Pet Month
~ ANDY ~ A PETFINDER HAPPY TAIL
Andy was adopted as "Harry" from the Peninsula SPCA on May 8, 2009. He, along with twelve other puppies, was transferred from a North Carolina animal shelter because they had limited space and could not adopt any of the puppies out. Since I am a kennel attendant at the Peninsula SPCA, I was one of the first people to see the puppies when they arrived. The second I saw Andy, he caught my eye and I knew we were meant for each other. I've seen many animals go through my work but something about Andy made me feel whole. It turns out we have similar personalities...stubborn, lazy, content, and loving! He is almost 10 months old and he is loving life. I feel like we complete each others lives.
